A. Yes, you can. 

We offer luggage storage from 9:00 AM on the day of your check-in.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance by message.

Q. Can I store my luggage after check-out?

A. Yes, you can.

We can hold your luggage until 7:00 PM on your check-out day.

If you would like to use this service, please let us know before you check out.

Q. Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

A. Yes, but only for prepaid (prepaid shipping) parcels.

We can accept parcels delivered on the day before or the day of your check-in, only if shipping is prepaid.

Please make sure to include your full name and check-in date on the shipping label.

Cash-on-delivery (COD) or unpaid packages cannot be accepted.

Q. Is there a limit on the size or number of bags?

A. Normal-sized suitcases are generally acceptable.

If you plan to store large or multiple pieces of luggage, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
